COMMUNITY DRIVEN (CDD) COURSE IN INDIA
LEARN HOW TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE! 1 200 CHANGE AGENTS FROM OVER 60 COUNTRIES ARE NOW OUR AMBASSADORS
Through its People Development Training Center, Bala Vikasa hosts four international training programs annually in Community Driven Development (CDD). Drawn from our own experiences and best practices in the field over the last 40 years, and designed to be positive, relevant and practical, the CDD program is gaining international recognition as an excellent foundation in sustainable community development.
The CDD program aims to create development leaders by improving knowledge, enhancing skills and changing the attitudes of development professionals, bureaucrats and students, from around the world and especially developing countries in our methodologies and approaches. Through a cohesive combination of theoretical modules and field visits to various Bala Vikasa projects, participants are exposed to learning anchored in ground realities.
